The following clubs are available for the current season. To register for any club, click the Register Now button next to any club.
Fall 2023 Club Information
Fall 2023 Club Registration will open Monday, Sep 18th at 7:00pm. Club registration will stay open for 7 days. After Tuesday Sep 26th at 10am club registration will be closed.
Clubs begin the week of October 1st and will run for 6 weeks. All clubs will be held after school from 4:00-5:00pm.

Fall 2023 Clubs
Disney Drama Club
Cost: $120
Grades Eligible: 2-4

Location: Large Group Room
Calling all young actors and actresses! Disney Drama Club will produce a play for students in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades. This club will be a fantastic way for any student to explore their interest in theatre. Students will audition for a part in the play and all students will be included in the final production. Each week we will start club with a short theatrical game to help students get comfortable with acting in front of others. The final Disney themed production will be filmed and sent to parents at the conclusion of the club!
Nature CLUB

Location: Science Room
Do you enjoy the great outdoors? This club will have nature walks, scavenger hunts, crafts and lots of time outside. At the end of this club, we hope students will have a deeper appreciation of nature and a further developed love of adventures outside.
Baseball/Softball CLUB

Come play some fall ball! Players will develop their baseball/softball skills in drills and in game-like play.
Fine Art CLUB

Location: Art Room
Do you enjoy drawing, painting, building, or just creating interesting things? Then Fine Art Club is the place for you! In this club, you will not only see some old friends and meet some new ones with similar interests, but you will get to make art and explore all sorts of materials and ways of creating! I hope that you’ll join me and other VFES kids this Fall in Fine Art Club. It’ll be so much fun to create beautiful artworks together!
Paper Crafts

Kids will create mobiles, flowers, and fun animals out of paper. Paper crafts that are fun to create and spark your child’s imagination.
STEM CLUB

Our focus is on the 4 Cs: collaboration, communication, creativity, and critical thinking! We offer the best possible learning through hands-on, project based activities that give students an opportunity to solve real world problems. Students will use out of the box thinking and develop skills to excel in a technology advanced world. We move from idea generation to implementation, tapping into each child’s natural desire to experiment and explore.

Do you like to make crafts? This is the club for you! Join Mrs. Janda and Mrs. Arrington as we use creativity and imagination to make a variety of Fun Fall Crafts. Every student will take home a fall project after each session.
CHEERLEADING CLUB

If you love cheerleading or want to love cheerleading this is the club for you. We will learn cheer fundamentals and learn a cheer routine. We will have fun, exercise, and learn all about the sport of cheer!
BOLLYWOOD DANCE CLUB

Bollywood dancing is a colorful, dynamic dance style seen in Indian films. It combines classical dance forms and contemporary western dance forms. Having no set rules, Bollywood dancing is a great way to encourage freedom of expression. Kids will learn choreographed routines on some popular Bollywood songs. |
SCIENCE EXPLORATION CLUB

Let’s explore together! This club will encourage students to work together as a small group to complete experiments and activities. Students will need to communicate, problem solve, and be ready for success as well as failure as science is the process of learning about our natural world. Some experiments may be fall themed while others are just popular and enjoyable science experiments that never disappoint. A parent volunteer will be welcomed as students follow the steps throughout these experiments as well as help with the (sometimes messy) clean up.
SCAVENGER HUNT CLUB

Location: Room 105 + other areas in the school
Join Mrs. Janda and Ms. Hayes on a scavenger hunt each week. Participants will develop observational skills while working in teams to complete each weekly challenge. It will be an exercise for your mind and body!
TALES FROM BROADWAY CLUB

Tales from Broadway captures the joy of portraying quirky, larger-than-life storybook characters. Students will step into new theatrical activities every week as they uncover how to perform using a wide variety of personalities. Pulling from stories like Mary Poppins, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and more, these young performers will bring tales from the page to the stage!

All About Acting will provide theatre students of every level the tools for becoming well-rounded actors. This class is for anyone hoping to build their acting skills while also having fun! With a focus on character creation, scene work, and storytelling, these young actors will dive into the craft of theater performance.
KICKBALL CLUB
Cost: $110

Location: Room 120 + Softball Field
Kickball club is going to be held on the softball field each Friday during the fall. We will be meeting in Mr. Noon’s room first have a snack and get set up. Each week we will split into two teams and play a few innings. Players will rotate through a variety of positions and have fun in a non-competitive environment.
