It\’s that time of year again! Field Day preparations are almost complete but we need one more very important piece to the puzzle….YOU! Field Day will be held for 1st & 2nd grade on Thursday, May 23rd and for 3rd and 4th grade on Friday, May 24th. The rain date is Friday, May 31st. We need parent volunteers to come out and have fun with the students!Parent volunteers will be asked to run one of the many stations we will have for the children. Everyone here at Valley Forge Elementary knows this is the place to be in May. This year, parents sign up online!
We need volunteers who can stay for the full day, or a half day shift either in the morning, or the afternoon/clean up crew. We also desperately need volunteers for our set up crew. The set up crew is vitally important – they set everything up on the field so we are ready to go when school starts.
