The VFES annual Halloween parades and parties will take place as scheduled on Wednesday, October 31st in spite of the two hour delay in opening. The AM kindergarten parade will be held at 11:45 AM and the PM kindergarten and grades 1-4 parade will begin at 2 PM. Bring your cameras!
